Off to Parliament, Dahlings!

OK guys, get this...

So it just so happens that one of our agencies (in fact, the same lovely people that got me my job here in the first place) is having a reception tonight to celebrate their 20th anniversary.
And it just so happens that it's being held in the gardens of the HOUSE OF COMMONS (yeh baby!)
It also just so happens that my boss can't make it (oh no!)

Sooooooooo.... Yup! Yours truly is off to Westminster tonight. It will be the first visit (of many, surely) for me, and I'm just a little bit excited (can you tell??!)

Croydon Summer Festival

Spent Saturday afternoon at the Croydon summer festival "World Party" - lots of nondescriminate international food, dancers, bands, and the actual real De la Soul (well it is Croydon after all!)
